Samsung — Sold faulty phone , but its service center not accepting my complaint | |||
Bought a samsung s 20 fe which is heating abnormally (battery starts draining rapidly after heating and causing application to show notification that phone is over heating and applications are getting auto closed but samsung service center channel 4 at cuttack, odisha is telling that device will heat upto 49/50 degree c its normal. Battery doesn't last upto one day also. I have been repeatedly complaining at there toll free number they only listen to my complain but they don't provide any solution s/n rz8n937mmmb ph-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
