I have ordered Samsung refrigerator on 20th March on Samsung eStore
After multiple escalations, post 20 days of delay, I received the damaged product.
After multiple calls, Samsung team has said that they will repack & return the product & refund my money.
After keeping me await for 7 days, they said that they will NOT repack & asked me to repack by myself.
I have repacked & sent them the images.
I am still waiting & the product is NOT repicked & refund is NOT initiated
I have made multiple calls, wrote multiple emails and
I have used the option email to CEO many times, but nothing has changed.
