[Resolved] Samsung — Supply of old machine taking price of new one

On 01/10/2016 i purchsed a washing machine from khosla electronics pvt. ltd. from dhakuria shop, kolkta 700031. model no. wa60h4100hy/tl. after opening the cover it appeared that the over head cover panel is full of scatched and the body is tappered. the model number written on the cover is half removed. it appears that a used machine was supplied. i have taken up the matter with the dealer to day, they just refuse to exchange. i talked to representative of samsung. according to them, dealer has to change the machine. what to do now
