I have purchased samsung led tv 46f5500-46” (led46f5500) vide voucher no prf1413164 dated 22-dec-2013 for rs. 85, 900 /- from

Kohinoor tele-video pvt. ltd,
Pranav co-op housing society ltd., sector 9,
Opp. fire brigade vashi, navi - mumbai - 400705.


Now on 18-sep-2016, suddenly there were a black spot and lining and dot are being appeared on tv. i had registered made a complaint with samsung why it had happened.

Engineer from samsung visited and told us there will be rs 36, 000 approx. need to be spend out to get repaired tv.

I don’t understand what type of material and quality samsung is using in their product.in less than 3 year led tv had become useless.

I need support of kohinoor as biggest dealer of samsung, please escalate this type of product at highest level in samsung about their quality... and need to get repaired tv from samsung/kohinoor..

I have purchased one sony tv around 9 year ago and this tv is still running in good condition.

I don’t why samsung want to lose market share by developing that type of faulty product / a short shelf product. i will never refer samsung to any my colleauge /friend.

I expect samsung to take the issue with real earnest and do their best to rectify the failure at the earliest at their cost.

Company Person visited at home and just look at TV and LED panel had gone and for cost /replacement you will get call from company . He have not checked anything in TV . Company customer called and told it will be around Rs 36000/ .. My concern is that what type of material company are using for High Cost Item also as It had become useless in less than 3 year . What is the brand value Samsung is ?? I think Sony is still better brand for TV not Samsung ..

I can purchase j7 prime that mobile when ever incoming call received that time total signal will be gone than automatically signal will appeared every cases had same problem so I want replacement in that device same

    Dear Sir
    I would like to inform you that recently i have purchased Samsung A7(6) Gold on dated 25/06/2016 from City Collection Nagpur Maharashtra ( attached the scan copy of invoice) Then after few days my mobile stooped functioning. So I went for Samsung service centre SPECTRUM MARKETING (ADDRESS 2ND FLOOR DHARAMPETH TOWER NAGPUR 440010) on 17/09/2016 and deposited it for repair (attached the service slip). I have contacted and went service centre many times but every times I got very very disappointed. Every delivery date of my mobile is being postponed I am still waiting for my mobile. The staff of service centre are not cooperating and I have no idea how can i get rid of all these problems. Undoubtedly Samsung is a brand name but this service centre is tarnishing the Samsung name.
    Please intervene in all this matter and make sure for delivery and repair of my Samsung A7(6) Gold mobile as soon as possible and take necessary action who are responsible for delay.

      There were some issues with my mobile(A7) bought 13aug, 2016, so I gave it to the Samsung care centre(yamunanagar) on 16 Sep., since then I am taking regular feedback but no proper solution has been given to me.. And today the executive Rajat has talked inappropriately and in very harsh tone.I can assure I am not going to buy any Samsung product in future. And kindly return my mobile phone cost, I don't want it back

        Hi I am Lakshit Kothari Wanted to complain about the Samsung Galaxy Tablet A SM-T355Y well this tablet has started giving me problems like Hardware . It had started giving me problem since past TWO months I really couldn't find out at the first, but I after when I had again started using it as a Phone then after sometimes the battery went down to a little bit and the tablet started going crazy by restarting itself again and again continuously until the didn't ran out or until the time I had put it on charge . I am sure of it that there is a hardware problem which is giving me trouble to use properly and efficiently . but of course I had bought it from amazon.in .

          I purchased a samsung refrigerator on 26 June. The same was broken from inside and we informed that to dealer . A person visited and said this is broken by you.Since then (two months) we have been following up on this with dealer/customer care/twitter. We need some guidance to take the matter to consumer court, as samsung has cheated us, taken our huge money for broken fridge .No one has reverted from Samsung since then.

            I have order Samsung refrigerator from Viveks showroom, Hypercity, Bangalore on 5th September, 2016 and Later it was found that it is a defective piece and I haven't received any refund or exchange for that refrigerator till now. I have been calling them for almost 1 month till now and no action has been taken either by Vivek's showroom or samsung. This is definitely an unethical behaviour and Samsung has to be given great punishment for this unethical behaviour.

              To whomsoever concerned,

              I have lodged a complaint on 12/09/2-16 concerning the manufacturing defect of the Samsung Microwave Oven we purchased as per the Samsung Service Engineer who visited our place; suggesting replacement or repair my Samsung.

              So far no remedial measures have been taken from the concerned, except an email (Once email reply given by "shakshi.[protected]@partner.samsung.com" 15/09/2016 for a complaint made on 12/09/2016) and once called me ([protected]) over phone stating, next day will visit the place regarding the same - please refer the voice of recorded call.

              If this is the responsibility of the concerned authority I will be forced to take legal remedies, together with a campaign at my own expense to not trust Samsung electronics any more showcasing the damaged Samsung product as all recorded communications support the cause.

              We use several household electronics my our houses from Samsung sorry to say your service is very poor.

              To make our side clear, despite saying we needed urgent time bound attention from Samsung regarding the same, as we came for vacation to celebrate ONAM festival your Service was really disgusting.

                  I purchased a fully automatic machine of Samsung company four months ago. It is not working from last 15 days. I have complained many times in call centre and service centre. Many technician visited 4-5 times but they could not figure out the problem. I called them they said that they would call back again that day or the day after tomorrow but they didn't.                       Brought this new phone, slept beside it and next morning its screen is all damaged with a slight slip of 4 inches.is the so branded version of samsung.i spent 50000 rs for such degraded brand & its service.the display repair is costing me 16000 more.wprst brand ever.worst service ever.it picks our pocket heavily.there are hundereds of complains on net regarding same phone's screen damage.

                            I submitted my Samsung Galaxy A8 for repair on 06.09.2016 and was told that it will be done in a week. After about a fortnight and 4 unsuccessful visits to the service center, I was finally told that my phone was ready, however, they can not give it to me due to some server issue that shows the status as pending and are thus unable to close the call. I was also told that they have escalated the matter to the concerned authority and should be sorted in a day.

                            It has been over 10 days now and I still do not have my phone. I have visited the service center 3 more times, called them multiple times, lodged complaints with customer care 3 times, and yet the issue is nowhere near to be resolved.

                            Service Center tells me that the problem is not at their end, they have done everything so they are waiting for response from Samsung. Customer Care tells me that the call is to be closed by the Service Center and they will be notified about the issue. Even after I pointed out that the Service Center already knows of the issue and says that the problem is not at their end, Customer Care refuses to take any step other than 'e-mailing' the Service Center.

                            At each point I have been told that I'll get a call back soon and the matter will be sorted out. However, not once have I received any call from either the Service Center or the Customer Care. Each time I call, I get the same response.

                            This is absolute HARASSMENT! Please tell me what to do? My phone is ready and still Samsung has literally held it captive, refusing to return to me what rightfully is mine. I apologise for being dramatic but I feel helpless as I am certainly not looking forward to having to go to consumer courts for something like this. Worst part of all is that I'm expected to pay 10K for this kind of atrocious and inefficient service.

                              I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on 27th June 2016 from Flipkart. The product was defective one and it was non noticeable in first look. I have noticed the Panel coming out after holding mobile on top side. The Panel was going inside if I press the screen. Further mobile was switching off again and again and battery backup was very poor. So I had called to customer care for replacement.

                              The customer care representative lodged the complaint on 14th July 2016 and assured supervisor call back in 4 hours. I was waiting for call but I didn’t get the call. I have again called to customer care and the representative told me that i will get the call by 15th June 2016 by 9.00 AM. Again there was no call back. I have called customer care and i was told at 11.00 AM i will get call. But no use. No call from supervisor. Later I only called and demanded for the supervisor to come on call. I was kept on hold for 30 Minutes . and arrogant attitude of the supervisor stunned me. Later I wrote to CEO office. But no help from anyone. The product is defective one. The service center is replacing two major parts of the mobile. My concern with Samsung service are

                              1. Defective product
                              2. Non help from the Samsung team
                              3. No point of contact other than Customer care
                              4. Mental and physical effort distress.

                              After lot of follow up with Mr Azaruddin (Senior Executive - Customer Experience) and Ankur Gupta, the arrogance of these executives mentally harassed me. I had decided to lodge a formal complaint in consumer forum. But later Mr Ankur Gupta has extended the warranty of the mobile for 3 more moths with assurance of quality service and quick response from him. After mobile is repaired, the mobile started giving trouble again.

                              I had to travel to Singapore, Indonesia and PNG for business visits. During my presentation, the mobile started giving problem in front of client. It was embarrassing. Later the mobile didn’t start at all.

                              I have visited the Samsug Service Center ‘Srivaru Solution’ again on 16th August 2016 for repair. To my surprise, the mother board itself was crashed. I have continued to call service center for status of my mobile. But no help from the team except saying that it may take more than month to process the request.
                              The representative told me that status will be communicated by 20th August 2016. But no call and no update. I again called and manager Mr Guru Prasad told me to give documents for replacement or refund. I had submitted the same to him. He promised that the amount will be refunded in 10 – 15 days. After that I continuously called but the answer is it will take more than a month. It has been 2 months since I gave my mobile for repair and negligence from Samsung is not forgotten and forgiven.
                              Further, there is no proactive calls or mail from Sri Varu Solutions. Every time I have to call the service center. Always I used to get false promises from the representatives and Manager (Guru Prasad). I had numerous discussion with Manager (Guru Prasad), Representatives and Manjesh. But still no assurance of final resolution. Still service center is not able to repair or refund or replace my handset.

                                Bought the new grand prime on 16th Feb 2015, the mobile set is now found defective in a time span of 18 months. Send to service center for rectifying and paid 500 rupees for new charging port . On 1st oct again the mobile went off and now they are again asking for Rs 1000 for battery got drained off. In the name of repair now the main button also is not working. IS this defective china model hand sets send to fool india customers ? Why should a mobile which cost Rs 14000 will have a battery getting drained of in 18 months? Smamsung seems to be cheating customers with high end mobile set been sold and found faulty in 1 year itself.

                                For your information now the mother board also seem to have got corrupted. What a useless mobile set you guy have produced.

                                      I have a samsung tv model no ua40d5500. Its display has gone bad. I launched a complaint on 24/09/2016 reference id [protected] at samsung india call centre. I was told that the problem will be solved if i upgrade the software. I tried to download the software upgrade several times but the software gets deleted as soon as the download ends.
                                      Next day i call again i was told it is a display related problem and an engineer will be send next day (Ie 26/09/2016) and the problem will be attended. As no one turned up or called me on phone i called-up the call centre on 27/09/2016, i was told that somebody will surely attend the same day or 100% the next day. The same promise was given on 28/09/2016 & 29/09/2016 but no one turned up or called me on phone.
                                      On 30/09/2016 when i called i was given a phone no. Of service centre[protected]. As no one answered, i called again i was provided another no [protected]. Again no one answered. I called up the third time i was told that both the numbers were not of the agency and yet another number was given[protected] now this too was not reachable so i called again this time one more no was given[protected] which of course no one answered. Now this time i was told that my complaint had been cancelled and a fresh complaint was launched dated 30/09/2016 new reference id is [protected].
                                      I feel that samsung india are not attending to after sales service and fooling costumers. It seems there is no way one can complain to higher authorities if you are being fool by the call-centre employees. I think the call centre is a big fraud.

                                        I purchased my samsung j5 in april 2016. My phone's display combo is damaged twice. I want to know that how is it poasible. I want justice. I charged 4500rs.twice. First i changed my combo in july and second was in 21th september. I want to know that if it is the company who sells the very much units of smartphone then why the problem is on me. I mean twice i changed combo.
