I am using mobile handset a5 and there was an issue of sim tray. The same was sent to the the company's authorised service center located in nit faridabad. My set is in warrantee. After three days i received the phone back after sim tray repair but mike was missing. Again i sent it back and it again took two more days and after getting the mike repaired i received back the mobile handset. But when i plugged it for charging the phone was taking too long to charge. There was a charging issue. I again sent back the same to the authorised center. Again after three days i received back the set but to my surprise the set was not reassembled properly. The scree from one side was coming out. Initially there was only one problem that too was of sim tray but after sending it to the service center so many problems cropped up. If this is the situation of services being offered no one is going to purchase the samsung phone. Although now a days company is struggling with battery issue. I request the concerned to get the matter resolved.

this is in regard to my earlier emails. the offer of reimbursement of 50% cost is not acceptable to me as the screen has broken due to the mistake of samsung staff. my instrument is still in warranty and there was a very minor problem with it. but due to negligence repair by authorised service center the multiple problems arose so who is responsible. it was also agreed by the service center that there was a mistake on their part that they did not attended it properly when a conference call was arranged by Ms. Priya executive of samsung with me and service center. so why i am being asked to pay.

its really a harassment to me. todays its almost a month have passed that my instrument has not returned to me and is with service center. should i donate this to samsung. should i forget this set.

so far no action has been taken on my complaints. its really sad that company doesnt care about the consumer rights. i hv left with only option to take this matter to the court.

    Dear samsung team,

    Really appalled to see the management attitude here, company is forcing me to use the defective piece.
    I am really surprised that i am being asked to accept the repaired piece. I hope some sense of responsibility towards customers should prevail here.

    My point wise explanation

    1) my phone had an issue from day 1

    2) i have financed my phone via bajaj finance & i am paying my emi's inspite of the fact that my phone is faulty & i will get it as a repaired device only.
    3) repaired device simply gets devalued in the market & i have no surety that this phone is going to work smoothly again in future.

    Keeping in view the above i am left with the following options

    A) my handset to be replaced by new one.
    B) if no, i will be forced to stop my emi payments as i am not using the new phone & i am in no mood to pay for the defective handset
    C) i will move to consumer court.

    It pains that no one is understanding the trauma that i am undergoing after huge capital investment.

    I once again make last request to samsung phone to replace my phone or else i (Will be forced to go for some extreme steps here.

      Today i just called in customer care about my samaung note 5 status. Last time i called in service crnter i spoke to some lady she gave me wrong information abot the cheque issu date. And now i called your customer care i spoke to sushmita, she said that she can not give me the information about last time whom i talked with. And i request her to please take my call to the manger of your customer care so she put my phone on hold never to answer again. This is such a bad behaviour of you customer care representative. And the first time i called the lady whome i had talked she said me that the cheque was issud on 21st sept. And today i called for the status for my phone so that they told me that the cheque was issud on 28th sept. So these all wrong information was provided to me. Your customer care representative makes me fool for this. I want my cheque as soon as possible and i want apologies letter from both the customer care representative.         My samsung galaxy a8 scree is broken and i submit my mobile to service center for screen replacement but its a more than 40 days still they are saying that part is not available, even they are saying that they don't know when the part is available. samsung have to provide the part of their latest release phone. otherwise they have to notice the customers that if your phone is damaged after purchasing, then your phone will not repair. then would purchase samsung phones with their mind. samsung after sell service is very bad. if i know that my 25000 costing samsung phone will not get repait after damage the i had never puchase samsung phone . really very upset by samsung service. if i cant get my phone repaired then i will never purchase any samsung phone in my entire life and off course i will tell this incident to my friend who have plan to purchase samsung phone. that's it.

          I baught a new samsung phone A5 2016 on 27-sep -16 but same day some problems are coming in my phone so i went to the samsaug plaza and complaind to samsung pramoter her problenm. He checkd carefully and he told me yes you are right i cheked it realy some issu .so don'tworry. you do one thing you have to go our service center and explain his problem there . But my consion is why i go anywere same day issu if my purchase date is cross 10 days or more then 10 days .so i go anywewre but same day purchase phone and same day why i go anywerw its very redeculous for me .             One of the worst pc of equipment one can buy and the after sales and service is just a way to fleece
            service number [protected] sept 2016 been a month after the 1st visit it broke down again within 25days there after the guy came and took some parts out after that no calls nothing.
            This is after the fridge as been repaired 4 times in 4years(december 2012) the 1st repair within a few months ... they actually expect you to chase them welcome to samsung world
            And the people who call up from customer care have all the details yet all has to be repeated to them again and on 2 occasions 2 different technicians came for the same repair work

            Complain number [protected] made on 27th August 2016 changed to registered Service Order [protected] and been assigned Engineer who called but never turned up and when i called him back said he was busy rudely so could not call and come ... so fridge STILL WAITING to be repaired ... and your complaint tracker shows awaiting customer confirmation

              I have purchased 580 lit Refrigerator in 2010 Nov.
              The mother board has some problems and your service personnel says the model is outdated and parts not manufactured now.
              They are askING us to buy new one.
              I have spent about 85000 on this and it did not last even 6 years, ..
              Please suggest us what to do with the refrigerator. This is the first time we had this problem.
              Generally fridge should last at least 15 years..

                I Purchased a z2 phone from paytm.A jio sim is supplied along with the instrument.When I approach Reliance dealer to submit Aadhar copy to get the jio sim activated.They say that the sim supplied by paytm is not showing any no. when the bar code is scanned How ever they are kind enough to take back that sim and give a sim with valid no.with no time bound.I brought the matter to paytm.They sent a mail priscribing a process to get the jio sim supplied by them activated.But the instrument does not obey the process

                  I registered a complaint for installation of new washing machine at about 7pm on 28 september. my complain no. is [protected]. i got reply that it will be done in 24 hours. But it was not done. On calling to the costumer service center today, i got reply that it will be done tomorrow. this is not good on part of the costumer to wait for 2/3 days for installation of a washing machine which is just a 15 minutes job. very bad on samsung service, i will say.

                    It was a very disappointing experience where the under warranty product replacement is pending from last 45 days ...
                    Also have not been getting any updates on the same and had to either travel to kandivali service station / call for updates ...
                    Finally today after discussion with Mr Pratik have got assurance the amount will be refunded on Monday i.e 3rd October ...
                    Hoping without any further delays the chq for the amount will be handed over on 3 rd October ...

                      Myself Mani fan of Samsung gadgets got Galaxy Note 7 SM930FD (IMEI: [protected]) from abroad through some third party services as i was really curious about it and samsung is taking a bit longer to official launch in India.

                      I really didnt got any ussues till date n im using it with joy. Last night i received an update and it is showing a notification to return the gadget in near by samsung store as the battery is prone to explosion. It is not allowing me to charge morethan 60% now.

                      I reached the nearby authorised service center in Hyderabad (india) and they are asking me for the invoice copy. As i got it from third party services, i didnt received any bill copy. I tried to contact customer care executives who said that they are unable to provide service without bill.

                      What should i do now?? Should i keep using the gadget like this?? What if something goes wrong and leads to explosion?? Just because i dont have the bill, you people are asking me to take risk?? If you do, i will be the very 1st person from INDIA who is prone to risk and if something goes wrong, wont it affect your fame and trust in a major city (hyderabad) in India.

                      Im ready to use the phone in same way but your recent update is not allowing me to charge morethan 60%.. fix this issue..

                      Replace the defective part in the mobile so that it wil be safe to use..
                      Or
                      Replace with safe handset to use.. i can provide the complete Box along with the box except the bill.

                        My name is Dev Chauhan. I had my mobile Samsung Core 2. August 3 for the Samsung service center in Tagore had Kirtinagar market. He has my phone dead. When I take my phone call from you, he is dead. He who has your phone Samsung Core 2 of the Cheque cost, instead we give you shelve your mobile. Neither got on the phone and not Cheque. Whenever you speak Cheque we are coming next week, he will be found on either phone us or Cheque.
                        Please sir, I am very upset. The solution of this matter to you as soon as possible. Service center to speak. Customer Care of the Cheque shelves you. And speak with customer care. The Cheque shelves the service center. This is bothering me.

                          Ref no. [protected] - I have purchased your company's handset samsung J7 but it started giving me a display problem in some months. I approached your service centre and they assured me that it will take only 1 week to get this repaired. Its 9th day today and your service centre has still not got the problem sorted as the spare part is still not available. My question to you is if you manufacture mobiles why you dont have spare parts and why should a customer has to wait for so long to get this done. The problem lies in your way of manufacturing the product so why should customer have to pay for this. This is the first time I have purchased samsung handset but i assure you i will never buy samsung mobile in future nor i will recommend my friends and family to buy this brand. Sorry to say but you lack after sales service. When I approached your service centre today the person tells me its still in process as they have not got the spare part and it will take more 15 days to get this sorted. Pathetic service I can say. So big company and a customer has to wait for nearly a month to get his handset repaired. Im writing this to you so that I can get this sorted ASAP otherwise i have to go to consumer forum to sue you guys.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I have purchase Samsung J5 handset on 6th Feb.16 and after 6 months only its got faulty. Screen color got faded completely. I went to service center at (Halwasiya Lucknow UPE) and they refused to login my complain saying we cant entertain you because server is not working. Then next day I went to another service center of yours at ( Gomti Nagar Lucknow) and they were saying that screen has been broken and repairing charge will be 5K and we are not sure about mother board. For that we will confirm you after opening it.

                            I have also tried to log a complain on your online support, but it could not happened because its asking for serial number and after mentioning its not being processed for next page.

                            I bought this phone just due to Brand name of Samsung. I handled the set very carefully and there is no damage on screen not even a single scratch
                            .
                            But now I am fed up with this handset and very disappointed with the service support I got by the service center. Being a working women I can not go daily to the center.

                            Kindly get it resolved or please take your handset back. In future I will never buy handset of this brand neither suggest to any body to buy this because I had a very bad experience of machine as well as service of Samsung

                              I submitted my phone for repairing first Samsung customer service center says me phone will repair in 3-4 days but after 4 days they are saying the part is not available. ten i contact to customer service center head and he suggest me to submit your documents for refund and i submit my all documents. But the service center not forward my documents and playing a lying game with me. Then i contact to Samsung Customer Care but the are also not giving me any solution. After that i contact Samsung Delhi office as well as Samsung Head Office But the problem is as it is. And the whole Samsung is playing with me and torcher me. Then i decided to complaint against Samsung India.
                              Hopefully I get any solution of this problem.

                                Am using samsung phones for past 12years. And am fully satisfied with the products till now.. At jan 2016 i purchased a galaxy note 5 SM-N920C When i visited dubai.But unfortunately due to some health problem i went back to my native country india.last month i had a problem regarding my phone.phone display just showing samsung on the display screen.i went to the autorised service center at kollam nd they done software update.but its of no use.they tried all t possibilities and told me that its the problem regarding the mother board and its cost around 15000rs.Its something huge amount for me, as i purchased that handset for 45000rs, and its been only 10mnths till the purchase date.But am ready to change the mother board and asked them to change.here comes the main problem, they told me that they orderd that but its out of stock.i checked with trivandrum service center, they too told me the same reply, its been one month ma phone got off.there is no solution for me to change the mother board.service center reply is that just give the phone to the service center abroad.as i told earlier due to some health problem am not able to travel.please help me to find a solution to the problem, i cant use other phones, because i dnt like other phones user interfaces..

                                I bought a 32 inch samsung led TV (32j4300) from reliance digital chembur branch on 11th may 2016. On 11th of sep 2016 my tv stop working I have lodge a complaint on the same day the complaint number is [protected] but till date nobody visited to repair it.

                                  I purchased galaxy s7 edge on 2nd september, 2016 just after, 10 days the edge screen had problem which i immediately informed to samusung customer care till date i dint get any solution.

                                  I turned up from iphone to samsung, i m really very disappointed. I purchased this phone since i heard that the camera of this phone is pretty good i have a plan to vacation but due to this problem i am in dilemma what should i do.

                                    Mobile was submitted after display flicker on 13th but has yet not been returned
                                    Few service centres rejected repair in warranty and then when a service centre accepted it, they told to give 2 days which later became one week.
                                    Calling customer care relentlessly, they told they are of no help in a rude manner. One guy told he would jot a second and final email to the centre after which they would forward my case to higher authority and they would decide whether I should be given a new phone or the fully refunded amount in my account.
                                    Other executives are denying any such policies. After he finally reported the higher authorities a week back even since then I have heard no reply. I am the guy running after them. With no phone it's quite difficult to survive.

                                    Refrigerator Samsung is 4-yrs old and just started smelling like a dead mouse was inside. Cleaned almost every thing out, Wash with bleach Water, then vinger -water mix. Put new baking soda box, always had one in 4-yrs. After a week still smells, so have caracol bricks in now. Has not helped.
                                    Today i recieve my order mun387753, but in box i have a damaged ph.. Looks like 2nd hand phone.. It cnt on what the ur online shoping site.. Return my money off munafas.co.in

                                      I had been gifted a samsung j7 by my relative. The phone wasnt working properly had some 4g issue. Then went to the service centre.. They said they couldnt do anything due to the phone being a foreign model. Asked for the contry customer care said it would be better if i tried flashing the software. I am amatuerin these things.. Ended up with a bricked phone... Would probably be termed as a irresponsible by the relative who gifted me the same.. Please help!!!

                                      I submit My Galaxy A8, on 30th August 2016, still its pending issue, so I want to know that you will handle it Or I have to complaint in Consumer court or Police office.

                                        I submit that, my cousin presented one Samsung Galaxy A7, which purchased at Al-Jubail ( Saudi Arabia). After (3) months, the battery of the said phone used to discharging regularly. For which I approached Srinivasa Electronics, located beside Jama Masjid, Nirmal. They advised me to go to their Samsung Service centre and explain my problem. In turn I approached Samsung Service Center and met one Sharvan, who was working in the Service centre. After examining my Samsung Galaxy A7 phone he asked me to pay Rs 4, 500/- to get new battery, panel and connector and I have paid said amount. But he failed to give any valid bill and he asked me to wait for one week or 10 days to get the above required material from Hyderabad.

                                        After (15) days he contacted me and asked me to come over his service centre. For which I went to the service centre and he took my phone asked me to come on next day. Next day he returned my phone saying that he inserted new battery and connector. But on the same day when I used my phone the battery was completely discharged. Then again I approached him and explained the problem. In turn he promised me that he would ex-change the battery by collecting another battery from Hyderabad. But he failed to get new battery from Hyderabad and tolerating the matter. When I approached the Samsung service centre he was not available.

                                        Further I submit that I am working in Police Department at Nirmal Rural Circle Office, and I have to attend regular official matter on whats up/mail. As my phone is not working properly I am unable to attend my work properly.

                                        Further I submit that, he failed to return my old battery, panel and connector also. This clearly shows he might have done any wrong.

                                        Hence I request your kind authority, kindly solve my problem and depute one suitable person to attend all the problems promptly. I am not only the victim. During my visit to Samsung Service centre No.of customers used to picking up quarrel with Shravan for not giving proper service to them and give reply to me my mail ID . [protected]@gmail.com
