[Resolved] Samsung — Tab not working properly | |||
I had purchased A Samsung galaxy tab in the month of October 2013. After a day or two it gets hanged up and not showing any movement in the screen. I have to shut down the device for this. I also rebooted it twice or thrice but same problems persists. I visited to your service center and they told me that its a software problem and we will fix it. For couple of days it works well but again same problem starts. I again visited to the service centre and they kept my tab with them for 4 -5 days. After that there is no improvement in that and same problem starts again. please look into the problem at the earliest as I don't want to visit your service center again and again and also I didn't want this Tab now.
