I, have received an answer to my complain from team escalation they cannot repair the tv since part required is not being manufactured by samsung, fail to understand how can a multi national company make such a statement. service order no;[protected] service engineer visited my home on 22nd march'17.tried to replace the part but the tv could not start and after removing the part, he said we do not manufacture this part.since the tv is too old.
