Samsung — television not working within 2.5 yrs

purcased 64 inch plasma tv samsung make in the year oct 2012 and had a problem in the year 2014 of board not working and then i paid 6000 and got it repaired and in the month of may it was not working properly and registered complaint and the person came and gave a estimation of rs 60000/- for change of panel.now i want a buy back from samsung to take the tv and pay the money back as the products manufactured are not upto the standard i feel
