[Resolved] Samsung Television — Television stopped functioning after a few months | |||
I had already sent a complaint to the dealer regarding the Samsung TV I purchased from the QRS showroom at Karamana, Trivandrum, on March 2014 but failed to get any response from their side even after a span of 2 months. The TV that was purchased by paying Rs.36000 stopped functioning after a few months. One person visited from the service center of Samsung and told us that the panel of the TV is to be replaced and the cost of the same was Rs.16000. The product has to be repaired or replaced at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
