Samsung — The machine does not wash the clothes properly

I was purchased a samsung top load washing machine as on[protected] from your Croma electronics in Raj nagar extension but till now i am not satisfied the performance of this machine whereas your executives also visited many times and also send many mails but seems no benefit the clothes are cleaning very bad regularly so please return this product and provide me my refund
