Inspection has already been done twice by service centre at Kirti Nagar. I have submitted the service centre reports for the same to you several But Samsung people are so stubborn and ignoring the same. . You believe client is lying . After spending huge Rs.70000 client is ### enough and having so much time to indulge into this . I am GENUINEly facing issues in my handset and it needs to be replaced. And same has also been admitted by your service centre at kirti Nagar. Photos and description of issues faced are again enclosed for needful doing.
1.Small dots are appearing just in left corner of the screen while dailing any contact.
2.Google page hangs up sometimes when I use Google search engine.
3. Battery backup is very poor it last for only half a day.
4. Phone takes too long to charge . It gets fully charged in more than 2 hours and battery drains too quickly.
5. Sometimes even phone hangs for few minutes.
6 Emergency CALL ONly showing on screen frequently now.
This is really disheartening and I am depressed and annoyed with such things happening in my new S20 phone so early which I purchased for huge 70000/- bugs. This is my hard earned money and I believe my money got wasted. Was this information helpful? |
