Technician visited on 17th...he come home and check my top load machine...and he said "shayad belt ki problem he" ...so vo ahmed belt me oil lagakar chala gaya...maine machine chalu ki to machine rotate hi nahi ho rahi thi...17 th se meri machine bandh he...din me 4 se 5 bar customer care me call kartii hu to ek hi ans dete he...ho jayega ma'am...maine complaint registered kar di he ek ya do din me technician aa jayega...abhi tak koi nhi aya aur muje koi authority person se bat hi nahi karne dete
