Samsung — touch screen and display not working

Dear Team, I am a samsung user of last 7 years and I have not faced any kind of problem with any of my of my samsung model.today morning when I want to use my cell the whole screen was shaking and it's not working at all .I have purchased the phone on 25.03.2015 from Web net malign on guwahati. When I have taken the same to your authorised service centre in guwahati they have informed me that it will not covered under warranty and 1 have to pay 10000 approx for the same.it's make me very disappointing that how can 2 an a half months phone has that defect and it could not covered under warranty. Request u to look into the matter as I am loyal customer of Samsung and want the same to be done under warranty.
