I got a brand new tv from samsung 1 week back.it was delivered by the team and it was installed also by the team only for wall mounting . after a day tv stopped working and when i contacted the customer support they checked and informed its some internal impactand doesnt come under waranty and i should pay them 60, 000 for the repair, i purchased the tv for 1, 50, 000 just one week back and now they want us to pay half of the amount again for repair, what kinda fradulence is this ? it was the same team who did the wall mounting and now why should i pay them for the damage they have caused. and moreover the customer team is such a waste of time and they only keep forwarding the calls and nothing more than that.
