Samsung TV — Complaint against the quality of my led 40 inch led tv | |||
, Anish Kr Gupta, HR lead, Hiring – Deloitte, with deep pain & anguish, am sending this complaint to you. I purchased Samsung 40 inch LED with details as UA40D5000R - Serial No. 19963ZNB601022Y on 10th July ’11 from Samsung Plaza, Ramakrishna Teletronics Pvt ltd, Kondapur, Hyderabad for almost Rs 56, 000/- complete down payment. Since Mar '13 I am having issues with the colour panel as half the screen becomes black. This is really shocking that after investing ...more than half a lakh for esteemed product, I am facing challenges after 1.5 years when I was promised that you would never have any issues as it is world class product. Post logging complaint, your engineer said there is problem with LED screen & repair will be almost RS 25, 000/- This is gross negligence & inferior product performance amounting to customer dis-satisfaction & negligence. I sent an application requesting to waive 75-100% of the repair charges & replace/repair my LED TV however it was declined. I expect & request better services & complete assistance with no financial obligation from my end. Do you really expect a customer to shell out 25K or even 15K as repair for 56K INR LED investment in little more than 1.5 years? . Looking forward for complete repair/replacement with no cost from my end. Close this with me ASAP as else I will be forced to look for other alternatives like Consumer forum & RTI grievance cell. I am sure you will have it replaced with zero cost from my end. Thanks for your understanding & feel free to connect up if need any additional information.
