[Resolved] Samsung — TV Not working and Service Customer Care has no clue on when this can be fixed
With utmost respect I would like to complain to you about my disappointment with Samsung. We have a Samsung LED TV UA32C5000, for the past four years. On 29th Dec 2014, the TV switched off suddenly by itself and is not up since then. We raised a complaint with Samsung the same day at around 7:30 PM. The complaint ID is: [protected]. Next day a service engineer came and checked the TV and said that the power board needs to be replaced. Since he didn't have the spare part in-hand, he said he would order one and will come back to fix it, as soon as he gets one. We are waiting still for more than 10 days:( Neither The Samsung Customer Care nor the regional office or the Servecing Contractor (TVS Electronics in this case) have a clue whether they would get the part or not in first place. We have escalated to the Executive team, eMailed to higher officials, Spoke to Customer Care for multiple times, and infact wrote to the Customer Care 'Write to CEO' mail. The issue is still not fixed. Samsung customer care do not have any clue on when this issue will be fixed or if at all be fixed. Was this information helpful?
