Samsung TV — Service not provided as promised

Address:Dolly abasan, babupara, baharampore,west bengal

As my samsung Tv was under warranty period. Suddenly the tv started disturbance by not showing videos only sound was coming.
The date was 26th august 2022 when samsung engineer came and promised to provide service within 10 days.
But its been 15 days since but no service was provided.
