[Resolved] Samsung — TV that was either already defective or damaged during installation | |||
My brand new Samsung TV has a defect in the screen The Samsung team is falsely claiming it to be physical damage although the TV has been installed by their own engineers I have been following up with them for the past 1 month. I have requested for a replacement however they are asking me to pay up for repairs. They are cheating their own customers Attached are photos that show damage inside the TV and not even a scratch on the outside. You will notice that the defect is in the inside of the TV and no damage whatsoever on the outside Was this information helpful? | |||
