Two defective new samsung refrigerators are available at my home and entire samsung team is lacking co-ordination and support for customer service. No one in entire team is taking ownership to resolve the same. Complete matter is highlighted with seniors on mail but they are seems to be not interested for after sales service.
Reference number is [protected] for 1st purchase where refund dd is not given me and asking to wait every time.
Request #1710026 where new delivered fridge has denting marks on paint which was purchased from samsung website. But, no resolution even after more than 48 hours of initial complaint[protected].
