Samsung — Unable to redeem Galaxy buds+ offer

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy s6 lite tab on 02/July/2021 from Samsung shop app. At the time of purchase, it was indicated in the website that I will be able to redeem Galaxy Buds Pro offer after 72hrs of activating my tab. It has been now more than 6 days but I am not able to redeem the offer.
