Hello Sir/Madam,
My phone (Galaxy S21 Ultra) has been with the Samsung service center (Opera house, Bangalore) personnel since 1st of August. I had given it for the repair of my display and I was told that it would be fixed within 15 days.
You must understand that I have a lot of other commitments (account transactions, contact information, pending approvals, etc) on hold due to this pending repair. It has been 25 days already and I am deeply frustrated due to the standards of your service.
I would want to bring it to your concern that I was given no spare phone despite my request and also the tracking link shows a wrong status that the repair is in progress. I wonder what rubbish is going on here?
Altogether, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service offered along with losing the trust on the Samsung service. I will be filing a case in the consumer court so that this doesn't happen to any customer in the future. I have herewith attached the e-jobsheet for your reference. Will you consider my request seriously and deliver my phone at the earliest?
