Samsung — Urgent Follow-up on Delayed TV Repair Service Request ID [protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the prolonged delay in repairing my Samsung television under Service Request ID [protected]. The service engineer visited my residence on 15 December 2025 and confirmed that the display panel needs replacement. As advised, I paid an advance amount of ₹8, 500 with the assurance that the panel would be procured and the repair would be completed by 26 December 2025. However, this timeline was later extended to 05 January 2026, and even now there is no confirmed date for repair. Despite multiple follow-ups, I am only receiving vague responses without any clear commitment.

This indefinite delay after taking advance payment is highly inconvenient and disappointing. I request Samsung to urgently provide a confirmed repair date or offer an appropriate alternative solution such as replacement or refund, as per company policy. I expect a prompt resolution and a clear response at the earliest.
