Samsung — Vertical lines on Samsung S20 plus

I have purchased Samsung S20 plus on November 2020 and using it for last one year. After using for an year I have gone for samsung Ui 4.1 update and suddenly two vertical lines formed in my phone.I have visited the service centre (TVS Perumbavoor) and they had quoted 17 k for replacing screen.I know this is purely a software glitch and no issues from display side. I have contacted samsung head office several times and they are not responding properly.After some days I had done a research on this issue and found that it's a common issue with S20 plus.Many countries it has been repaired by free of cost even outside warrenty as it's a software glitch.
After some days I got call from head office and they are telling that they can offer a discount on repair which will cost around 13 k.Now I can see more than 1000 people in India facing the same vertical line issues after software update.Samsung is blindly ignoring this issue.
