Samsung — very poor service by ur service center

sir, my phone had some mother board problem.i had given to ur service center for replacement under warrenty. on 4-2-2015..but after 40 days also they r not able to repair my mobile..daily i was calling them n they r giving excuses..n now after 40 days when i call them they disconnect my call..address o[censored]r service center where i had given my mobile for repair is- shri ram tower, hazaratganj, lucknow, u.p...thier mobile no.-[protected]...
