Myself
Narinder Singh, Ludhiana Punjab. Sir I purchased Note3 Neo on dated 5th oct,
2014 from Bedi Sales Pvt. Ltd. Ludhiana . The mobile was worked well during
first week, i had clicked pics with front camera, i hav't used back camera for
more than 10-15 clicks. on dated 17th it was my son's b'day and there i found
that it is had faulty camera in my handset,
when i used back camera with flash it gets restarted, after that camera stopped
working. Next day i concerned with my friends and also with bedi sale's
employee he told it is nothing you just reset the phone and everything will be
fine. i do that camera gets started, I clicked around 10 pictures i think it is
ok now, i had not time to test it for more levels because i am a shop-keeper.
but on 18th night when i get some free time i was clicking pictures with my
daughter it did restart again i get surprised and shocked, i got strike in my
mind that it can be a hardware fault. next day it was sunday, i contacted authorized
service centre on 20th oct. They also told me that it is a software issue. but
after they give me the handset i tested it did the same thing, service centre
re-checked handset again they told me that handset has faulty main board so we
will change repair the handset, i
get shocked, SIR I PAID 23000/- NOT FOR REPAIRED HANDSET AND IT IS HUGE AMOUNT
FOR ME... I TOLD THEM TO CHANGE THE HANDSET (DOA...or something i don't know)
I DON'T WANT TO REPAIR NEW HANDSET WHICH IS ONLY 15 DAYS USED. SERVICE CENTRE TOLD
COMPANY CHANGE THE SET WITHIN 7 DAYS... BUT THIS IS NOT THE FACT, COMPANY
SHOULD TAKE CONCERN ON GENUINE CASE. WHAT IS FAULT IN THIS CASE FROM MYSIDE
ONLY THAT I HAVE NOT TESTED THE HANDSET THOROUGHLY WITH ALL FEATURES GIVING
COMPANY IN HANDSET, COMPANY'S NAME IN NOWHERE, I TRUSTED ON SAMSUNG THIS IS MY FAULT, ...
I HAVE NO OPTION TO REPAIR IT.. I GIVEN THE HANDSET TO THEM BUT I WILL NOT SIT
BACK SILENTLY. I WANT FEEDBACK FROM COMPANY WHY NOT COMPANY CAN CHANGE THE
HANDSET WITHIN 15-20 DAYS IF AND ONLY IF CASE IS GENUINE. ENCLOSING DOCUMENTS
HEREWITH THE MAIL FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
IF THIS IS WHAT COMPANIES POLICY I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY
SAMSUNG PRODUCT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HEAR ANYTHING ON GENUINE SIDE. Was this information helpful? |
