Samsung — Washing machine

I lodged a complaint on 9th sept. For repair of my washing machine. After a few days one technician visited and told he will come and pick up the machine tommorrow for repair as bush needs to be changed. And it will cost 10, 000.. i paid him his visit charges as well. After that i complained and called till 21st sept. Every time somebody will call and come and nobody turned up...i cancelled my complain yest...after getting frustrated with the lack of professionalism and services provided. My complaint No. Is [protected]. Would like to hear back from you on the excellent services being provided.
