I bought samsung top loading washing machine on July 2020. After new machine delivery, the internal plastic bucket is broken due to outerbody manufacturing fault. I made a complaint to samsung on that time, I have bad response due to corona. After that I went to my native. Now the machine outer body complaint is rectified by engineers, but they refused to replace the inner bucker. They said it is not under warranty. Now what can I do.
