I have ordered a washing machine from Samsung with order I'd [protected], five days back and the same is scheduled for delivery today.
02 delivery person come with the product and leave it at the door..I requested them to place it on the upper floor they replied that u have not mentioned the floor in your address. I told them that the complete house is mine not a particular floor then why I supposed to write floor in my address. But they are not ready to listen up they said the company pay them extra to place it on any of the floors. I again requested to place it on above floor as my husband is out of city but they started behaving badly. Resulting to which I refused to sign the papers and they took back the order.
This is worst experience I want to share with the concerned company personnel, it is not the first time I have purchased any Samsung appliances. All my home appliances including my mobile is of Samsung brand..because of brand name and trust that we have on brand.
But the experience today is purely harassment of a customer-
1. As I m presently working from home the delivery persons have spent more than 01 hour discussing the issues.. which is my office working hour.
2. Samsung should hire some professional people to deliver the services not any random guy or agency.
3. The bad behavior they showed was not acceptable at any point of time.
4. Samsung lost a loyal consumer toda due to its services..
