Samsung Sir, I have brought a samsung washing machine fully automatic on 8/7/2013. ( Model No.WF550BOBKWQ/TL, Sl.No.WO145PCD200890M). I have brought the item due to my trust with your firm and your product.But your product does not satisfy the qualities you have assured. Before completing 2 years warranty the drum of the washing machine was damaged within this period. We use the washing machine twice in a week and follow the instructions given by you. I have contacted your service section for repairing the same, as the machine is under warranty period. But the service personnel has told us to pay an approximate amount of Rs.10, 000/- for the repair ( Ref.No.[protected],[protected] I request that urgent necessary steps may kindly be taken to repairs the washing machine without payment from our end. If the service will not be done from your end. I will be forced to move to consumer protection court. An early reply in this regard is awaited . Thanking you Prasannakumar.S
