Today Samsung technician Mr. Ajinkya Torane visits for installation and demo of our new washing machine WM FL 9KG WW90DG5U24AS.
During his visit he was continuously busy attending his personal phones and attending one online training. No proper demo was given.
Also, he took the feedback link and submit on his own without our knowledge and when I ask him, he apologize. This seems to be his regular practice taking good star ratings to himself.
Please ensure this does not happen to any more customers and instruct technicians accordingly.
Also let me have some feedback on this issue.
