[Resolved] Samsung — washing machine not working because of service executive | |||||
I have called service executive on 21st dec., 2018 my machine was not working properly. He came and misunderstood the error and opened the complete machine after informing him he somehow fit the parts but incorrectly which in return resulted in further detail. Now there are multiple damages in the machine and the executive is charging very high amount. I need machine repair on immediate basis and without any additional cost. If required you penalize the person who did mistake and you should not have such irresponsible and illiterate person for servicing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
