[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — Regarding poor washing quality

Dear sir,

We have procured the washing machine model no. WA82E4YEC of samsung company vide bill no 1538 dated 01/07/2014 through the authorized Dealer M/s Mittal Associates, Kota .When we installed the machine and washed the cloths as per company mentioned process but the result was poor because the cloths had dirt and not cleaned.We have paid 13900/- for this product.Kindly arrange to replace the above mentioned product.

Dear sir, We have visited two times at your local authorized dealer M/s Mittal Associate, kota and shown him the washing quality of washing machine and make him understood but he refused to accept it and said us that we can't do anything you complaint to customer care of samsung.We are not getting help anywhere if problem persist then we will go to legal action .
