Samsung — Washing machine service issue

I am writing to escalate an unresolved issue regarding a repair request for my Samsung washing machine, which remains under warranty. Despite multiple attempts to seek updates through customer care and service center, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. Below is a detailed timeline of events:
June 25, 2025: I raised a repair request for my washing machine (9KG)
June 26, 2025: A technician visited my home, assessed the issue, and arranged for the washing machine to be sent to the service center.
June 28, 2025: The washing machine was collected by the service center, with a commitment that the required parts would be available by July 1, 2025, and the machine would be repaired and returned by July 1 or July 2, 2025.
July 2, 2025 – July 8, 2025: Despite daily calls to the service center and Samsung customer care, I have received no updates, calls, or messages. Each time, I am assured that a technical team member will contact me, but no follow-up has occurred.

This lack of communication and failure to honor the promised timeline is unacceptable, especially given that my washing machine is under warranty. The absence of a functioning washing machine for over 12 days has caused significant inconvenience to my household. Additionally, I have raised this concern on X, tagging Samsung’s official account, but have yet to receive any response or resolution. I kindly request immediate action to either: Complete the repair and return my washing machine promptly, or
Provide a replacement unit, given the prolonged delay and inconvenience.

I chose Samsung for its reputation for reliable products and customer service, but my experience has been deeply disappointing. Please escalate this matter to the appropriate team and provide a resolution at the earliest.
