[Resolved]  Samsung — Washing machine service not resolved even after a month

I have registered an issue with my washing machine about 25 days ago. Once service person had come and told he has to order new part and once the part is given to him he will come and fix it. After that there were many calls exchanged and service person was just informing he hasn't got the part, after few days we got a call from executive to know whether issue was fixed, then I was told that the part was assigned to the service person and he should have completed this by then, if not he will get it done in 2 days (this was 15 days ago) Again we didn't get any response from both executive and service guy, so I called to get the status of the complaint. Then the wonder happened, the issue was put into resolved state before even informing me. And again one more issue was raised by the gentle man on the call and again nothing happened. I called again (I was frustrated by then) to get the status again the lady said the issue will be resolved and her manager will be calling me to know the status and till now nothing has happened.
