Dear sir
i have brought a watch 4 classic watch on Jan 26th 2022
And from 16th Feb onwards due to hardware issue, the watch has been stopped working in only 15 days.
and is been in the service center from that time.
I am a constant traveller and since i been in samsung i bought the most expensive watch.
I am suffering due to the long wait, and i request you to kindly provide me a new watch with same specs.
attached the bill and the service center copy.
