Samsung — We are complaining about ferocious behaviour of street dogs

Sir we have faced very dangerous situation by the street dogs. On my vicinity street dogs behaviour is very cruel. Daily atleast one person was effected by adversely. Because of street dogs many people in our locality sent to near hospital, one of the fellow colonist's health got into serious also. Please get rid of these street dogs from my locality please .We are living in obnoxious state right now please react fast thank you.
