[Resolved] Samsung — While pressing back key Mobile automatic restart | |
I have purchased Samsung Grand 2 Mobile from Kohinoor Televidevo pvt ltd on 3rd OCT 2014.
After one week we observed that when pressing back key and scrolling screen mobile automatically restart.
I contact Kohinoor shop they told replacement not possible and goto service center. I went to Mulund(W) Mumbai service center on 6Nov14. They initially told software issue but on lady call back me and told tuchpad issue.
After software updates mobile again autorestart. Why I repair my new mobile and what is guarantee of that.
Said handset is manufacturer defective from begining. I want Natural Justice.
I want new replace handset against defective handset.
