Purchased a samsung refrigerator model number: rt34t4542s8/hl/2020 on 17th may 2020. Price:rs.31, 000. From rajan & co nagercoil.
Just 3 months used now white powder coming from rear panel.
Complaint raised with seller and nagercoil samsung service centre, from there engineer came and inspected, took photos and sent the complete details to samsung service head and customer support also
More than one week, no proper response and action.
Simply daily one or two calls and mails coming all telling the same formal reply 1) “going to send the technician for inspection” (F y i, already samsung nagercoil technician checked and sent the report to head office)
2) "your case is already running with our relevant team."
3) “they will get in touch with you for further discussion on this case”.
No seriousness
My worry is we are keeping the foods inside the fridge that should not affect our health also.
How can trust the branded products while coming with such poor quality, for branded products we are paying more money also. After sales response also very poor from the seller as well as manufacturers.
Customers after spent the money struggling.
