Purchased samsung ww80j52g0bw front load washing machine from reliance digital on 2nd sep 2020 (2 days back). The product got delivered on 3rd sep 2020 (Yesterday).

Installation engineer came, unpacked the machine, just after connecting to the water inlet, the water gushed into the tub (Power not turned on). He tried to check whats wrong. Turned on the power, heavy pump motor noise just after turning it on.

Mentioned, its a defective piece - took the videos of the same and gone. No response after... Stuck with a defective piece.. Very much disappointed. When reached the dealer (Reliance) they tell me to contact samsung.

Very frustrating experience.

    I bought a Samsung TV from Nandilath G Mart, Pathanamthitta on August 24, 2020.Till today(September 3, 2020) no one from service center had come to install the TV at my home. I contacted sevice center people at Samsung Service Center, Pathanamthitta and they are always telling lie that they will come today or tomorrow like that.This is the worst experience I had with these service center people.

      Sir, I had purchased a s9 phone and a galaxy LTE watch for 30999 on 27th May, from samsung.com, online, with a 10 %cash back on SBI debit card purchase, which they advertised on site for galaxy watch, and I confirmed it over phone and chat and they said I will get the refund in 90 days but now they denay, and refuse saying there''s no cash back, I tried to contact customer care many times but they keep sending me auto messages saying no cashback, or hope we have solved the problem. But do nothing .I feel very cheated, kindly look in to the matter, thank you

        I have pre-ordered a note 20 Ultra on 16th Aug which was supposed to be delivered on 30th Aug. But there is no mail on the delay in delivery. I have received a tracking id, which shows that the ticket is created but not shipped.
        I have been trying to reach out to all the possible contacts provided for the customer support with no response from them and I am getting very frustrated. The whole reason I pre-ordered the device on Samsung official website is to receive the product on time and before it is available in the stores. But I have been disappointed on both ends. This is causing me so much trauma in trying to reach out to the Samsung team and get the product which I have paid for.

        Looks like you are not the only one. I am also in the same boat sent several mails called customer care multiple times still waitkng for a response. They don't want to respond. I have to go and meet my Mom in another town and can't do that due to this uncertainty. I hope that they service the order and provide us with better product instead of sending some faulty product and then we get into another round of issues.

              I have written multiple times in the last 4 months to Samsung, regarding my mobile phone hardware issues, where I am facing echo probles and heavy jarring sounds. I even visited the service centre and paid for the repairs last month, but the problem still persists. However, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd hasn't resolved my complaint. They just reply with a standard message stating that we are looking into my complaint. My complaint number for Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd is : Reference number of your email is [protected]
              I have even written to the Samsung Service head on servicehead.[protected]@samsung.com and I received the same standard reply. Its been over a month now can someone please help. I have even written to the CEO desk @ Samsung, no solution even from him. Would request the consumer complaint cell to please help me with this.

              Dear Sir,

              Its with great expectations that i am writing to you, to resolve my Complaint which has been mishandled by the Customer service executives, Escalation supervisor as well as the service centre.

              Up until a few months ago, I felt like a proud owner of a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. So much so, that i had even ordered my phone before the India launch, because i just couldn''t wait to own the piece of art which had been put together by Samsung. i have owned every single Samsung Note model since its launch. Have always been an ardent fan of Samsung up until now. All my home entertainment and home appliances have always been Samsung.

              My issue began a couple of months ago, when the call quality was affected by an Echo. So much so, that the voice was highly inaudible and would result in a minor headache, due to the echo.

              Initially when i contacted the Customer Service Desk, they informed me that due to the Pandemic, all Service Centre''s are closed and i would need to wait, until such time that the Service Centre are allowed to operate. I was promised that in case the service centre does not open by the end of June, in that case a special request would be taken for me, where a Service specialist would visit my residence and either repair my Mobile phone and get it back to me or would approve a replacement and share some letter for the same. Needless to say, this did not happen.

              When i contacted the Customer Service Desk again, they requested me to visit the Service Centre which was now open. I visited the Vile Parle Service Centre and submitted my handset there for the repair work. They informed me that since the phone is Purchased from Dubai, the repair work would be chargeable. I agreed to the same. A few days later when i called the service centre to find out the status, they informed me that the part isn''t available and i need to take the handset back, as is.

              I called the Customer Service Desk and requested them to try to either arrange for the part or charge me a nominal sum and replace the Handset, since its still within warranty. This, i pleaded with the team, to do for me as an exception. The lady Jyoti, was kind enough to make an attempt and escalate the issue to her supervisor Mr. Ali Mouazam. The interaction with Ali Mouazam, was one which i regret. For a senior Supervisor to behave and respond in such rude fashion and arrogance seemed highly unprofessional. Even on my constant request the arrogance did not stop. I being from the service industry and heading Corporate Services for a leading Retailer in India, strongly suggest a Mystery shopping activity to check senior personnel interactions with the customer.

              Am writing to you with great expectations and hope you will support my requests in a positive manner.

              1. Kindly arrange for a quick repair of my handset, since i have been waiting for the past 4 months
              2. If repair isn''t possible, due to the inavailability of the part, in that case, please sanction a replacement
              3. PLEASE CALL ME, my number is [protected]
              4. Please review and access the service given to customers
              5. Implement a Learning and Development program for the supervisory team, this will help retain customers and help Samsung regain lost market share.

                  I have registered a breakdown complaint under Service Request Number: [protected] dated Friday, August 21, 2020.

                  My Refrigerator Samsung Top Freezer Double Door Refrigerator Model Code: RT28M3424S8 purchased from the Defence Canteen Service vide Bill No. 342103 dated 31/10/2017 through Samsung Dealer SRI SAI SRAVANI ENTERPRISES, Cochin.

                  The Unit has stopped working on Thursday 20th August 2020 and I tried connecting to the customer care through the Toll Free Number provided but was re-directed to the Web App to register the complaint. I have registered the complaint sharing my Pin code and other data, after connecting to a human assistant (name indicated - AMRESH) and was provided a complaint reference number [protected]. He informed me that a Service Engineer will contact me within hours and attend to my complaint.

                  There were no response from Samsung Service till mid-day, On Friday 21st August 2020 and I tried to contact Local Service Centre, I was told that the Complaint number provided to me is wrong and it belongs to a different region and local centre will not get the intimation at their end.

                  I again visit the customer complaint app and chat with human assistant and the new agent (name indicated - SHWETA) and she confirmed the complaint is in the list, but the region is wrong and after collecting my details afresh she registered my complaint with New Reference Number [protected] and again was told that a service engineer will contact me in 24 working hours.

                  I contacted the local service centre with the New Complaint Reference number and based on earnest requests, the Service Engineer (Named SONY Mobile No: [protected]) visited my home and inspected the unit on Saturday, 22nd August, 2020 in the afternoon and reported that the mother board of the Refrigerator may be faulty and so he made request for spares online.
                  He intimated me that the spare could take 3 to 4 days to arrive and he will fix the unit immediately on receiving the spare board, due to the present Covid19 situation.

                  I have been following up with the local service centre, Technician and online through the Chats with customer care ever since. It's been almost 2 weeks since the complaint and Technician's visit, still there is no resolution. I have suffered fair amount of cash loss due to the non-repair of the refrigerator both in form of material perished (which was stored in the unit) due to the failure of the unit as well as being not able to preserve my regular supply of material ever since the breakdown.

                  None of the customer care touch points provided by SAMSUNG offered any useful solutions or proper guidance or provide a proper escalation route. This is a completely Customer-Unfriendly approach!!We made our purchase decision in favour of SAMSUNG based on our faith in the brand and expecting there will be prompt support if ever need arises. But we are totally disappointed with the present experience.

                  Therefore we sincerely appreciate your intervention into the case to get fair justice for us as a lawful consumer.

                    I am using samsung double door fridge from last 2 years, Suddenly started facing low cooling . Temperature of freezer came to 9 Degree.Called custumer care.Executive came and asked to replace card. Came next day with new card and replaced it and charged Rs 3757.But cooling remained same. we again called customer care, now a senior technician came and asked to replace gas.Next day another technician came and replaced gas and charged Rs 1357, But we had a clear doubt that the first technician has given us a false suggestion to replace the card as the problem remained same after the replacement too . Now we asked the 2nd technician to use the old card with the gas replacement. Now its working fine from last 7 days, but we are following up with customer care from last 7 days to take your part back and issue the refund.But no response yet.

                      My job sheet number [protected] is he has canceled my call, this is the reason that I did not give the warranty document, I had billed the mobile phone on August 11, 2020 and it has been 2 months in the mobile market, then it will be in warranty. Changed the job sheet number and said that your earlier call has been canceled, now the new call is on September 4, 2020, it will take 21 days from now, if this system is in their hands, then you can cancel the call by saying anything missing.

                        Dear Sir

                        I have given my Samsung galaxy note 10 plus mobile for repair on 29th July 2020 @ Ernakulum kadavantha Service center. Reg No-[protected] This product was repaired nearly 4 time by this service center. 2 times mother board replaced, Display &battery also replaced, camera complaint also repaired on 6th day product purchase.

                        I have submitted the handset only based on the assurance by service center and their customer care that they will provide same model handset as standby. (I was requested same model handset for the usage of some official VPN and other paid software’s- which i can transfer to same model).. But when i submit the defective mobile they told that same model was not available and it was wrongly communicated... Is it quality service by this service center??

                        Due to the ignorance and irresponsibility of the service center I have forced to purchase new mobile handset.. I have shared my purchase invoice to customer care and was waiting for the refund...

                        I was calling almost every day to call center for knowing the status and not received any proper update.

                        After my continuous follow-up Mr. kaushik called me yesterday and told that your handset is now working fine when they checked and not found any defect.

                        My question is that what was doing Service center and Mr.kaushik on last 28 days on my mobile?

                        Why Mr. Kaushik was not responded for mails?

                        No one from Service center called me and asked the exact defect in the last 28 days.

                        Today I called to service cater and spoken to Mr. Sarath and Technician who inspected the mobile handset, I asked how you checked the defect. He told he put his Idea and Vodafone Sim Card and used the mobile handset. Please note I m using Airtel & Vodafone- Airtel operating frequency is different.

                        Also they have checked the product in limited time and limited area.

                        My simple Request is that- Please do not allocate my call to Mr. Kaushik - He is totally waste and not at all responding on time.

                        I have attached the mail communication with Mr. Kaushik and same is self-explanatory.

                          Purchased Samsung M31s mobile on August 8th 2020. With the charger that came with box my phone is charging sometimes and its not charging some times. In 1st week it connected 7/10 times. In 2nd week phone is charging 4/10 times only. And now in 3rd week its charging only once after 10-15 attempts.
                          I tried with another charger its working fine to my phone. There might me charger problem. I kindly request you to solve my issue on priority. I want to replace my charger with new one if problem continues after your support

                            We bought a Samsung fridge almost 1 and half yrs back.My first surprise was that how come a product of a global brand can have a part issue in such a short period. Giving you guys the benefit of the doubt we raised a complaint with the customer service team to send us an engineer to get it checked. We registered our complaint on the 8th of August. Our next suprise came by the fact that it took your engineer 3 days to come home and inspect the problem. We were told that the some part in the compressor needs to be replaced and it would arrive in 3-4 days. Those 4 days have now turned into 4 weeks and we still don't have our fridge operational. We have been calling the customer care everyday but they have been giving us a standard reply that the part is not available. We were believed to understand during our plans of buying a new fridge was that this model of yours was your best and fastest selling model. My question which has still not been answered by any of your customer service execs is that if this is such a popular model than how come the part isn't available. We were given this story of due to covid and lockdown there has been a delay, but than how come other companies are able to provide services during this period. My wife delivered our baby and we have been struggling since than in getting the fridge repaired. I'm sorry to say but this is the worst customer experience that we have ever had considering our house is equipped with almost all the big players in the electronic industry be it Apple, Sony and your brand as well. My wife has a Samsung S20+ and me a Note 10+ but this experience has made me decide to never ever buy a Samsung product again . I am really not sure if this is going to be of any help by sharing my grievance with you but thought of giving it a last try cause I plan to dump this fridge in some scrap yard cause I rather buy from a brand who are willing to help their customers come what may which unfortunately doesn't seem to be the case with Samsung.

                              Complaint regarding excess vibration in Samsung washing machine was lodged on customer care number under complaint no [protected] on 28.08.20. Service agent attended complaint on 29.08.20 and advised that machine will be taken to workshop for repair on 31.08.20. On checking the machine after they left my home one of the drum bolt was broken & counter weight fell down. Nobody came on Monday neither on Tuesday. On checking Complaint status Online the complaint was closed with remarks repair done. Again complaint was lodged on customer care number on 01-09-20. The executive informed that authorized service center will contact on 01-09-20 for immediate action. Again nothing happened.Washing machine is damaged by service executive.

                                It's a damaged product. Samsung executive had come to my place on 8 aug. He has clicked all photos and uploaded and same we have also send you. Since then i have been calling on daily basis and have raised multiple complaints online to samsung estore helpline & ceo india.. But till date my product is neither picked up nor refund recieved.

                                  I had booked online for an appointment at your service centre in kollam, kerala, m/s i cure solution. My token details were as follows:
                                  Token number ot001 has been generated for i cure solution on date 25 aug 2020, timeslot (6:00 pm to 7:00 pm).

                                  I had reached the service centre at about 5.45 pm and on contacting the service personnel they were not at all ready to attend us even though we reached the service centre before the allotted time. The personnel told us that they will not accept any service request after 4.00 pm as the software will not accept the same and they will only be delivering the serviced equipments after 4.00 pm. I had shown the message i received from samsung that my appointment was between 6.00pm and 7.00pm. But the staff along with an outsider behaved very rudely to me and shouted that they will not accept my equipment at any cost and they were on the verge of manhandling me.

                                  I never expected such an experience at a samsung service centre. If such was the timing with the service centre samsung should not not have alotted me the that time slot. I had travelled around 18 km to reach the service centre from my office. I feel i was very much humiliated at your service centre by your staff and i had wasted my valuable time for no fault of mine

                                    Fold started showing issues within 7 months o[censored]sage. Screen started flickering as well as phone is heating. Did visit service centre today and they are coming up with excuses such as it's out if warranty all. I do not expect such a cheap game from samsung and its associate who are trying to fool customers who have paid a premium price of 1.75lac for a samsung phone. I did also have a word with your so called premium conciege service exclusively for fold users, but that too was of no use as they are asking me to visit the samsung service centre. These service centers are not working in the right manner, had to wait for almost 20mins at the centre and the outcome is next to zero. I want samsung to resolve this issue on priority as its not a great taste after paying such a huge amount for fold

                                    After finally have mailed multiple times along with Twitters, my problem was solved by samsung india . Mr pramod followed issue that I was facing and finally got the issue resolved on 23rd oct 2020. My issue was raised on 28th aug 2020 and it took almost 2 months to get it resolved.

                                    Samsung nothing is happening, only your call centre executives are calling and just wasting my time by exactly mentioning the same what you have just mentioned above. Its really shamefull that after spending such a huge amount on your device, samsung is not willing to help me out.

                                      I purchased my second television too from samsung recently on 19th january 2020, which was stunning to the extent of my interest and knowledge. As usual, i enjoyed watching my shows using samsung television.
                                      During august 2020, i happen to see a sudden issue with the 55 inches smart led samsung television screen which terrified me, as i never faced any of this sort of issue with my other old samsung television (Believe that’s a 40 inches smart tv) which i have been using since 2+ years.
                                      Since this television was only 6 months old and it fits into the warranty, i happen to reach the support over the phone to get my issue addressed. After raising the complaint, i never received any help from the samsung service team for more than 10 days, which sounded very trust-breaking. I could not believe that i’m not getting any support even for television which was purchased at the cost of one lakh thirty-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety. After a tiresome struggle, i happen to get some support people to view the television for which i never had the chance to get a service request number.
                                      Later, when spoken to the support team, i was informed that the service team has forwarded the issue to their hierarchy for replacement of the television screen considering the genuine-ty of the customer and transparency of the issue “internal display corruption” and not physical damage as there is no crack/scratch on the tv, adding, the television too falls under the warranty. However, the local service team apologized and explained that their hierarchy is not ready to approve the warranty considering the issue as physical damage. Still, i have not received a service request number.
                                      So, i called up the samsung customer support number and when inquired, they have termed the issue carrying the name as “television screen broken”. I’m lost and felt helpless as i don’t know how they have concluded as broken. I then requested the service request number which was finally provided by that agent over the phone.
                                      Conclusion:
                                      • i’m being a total believer of samsung, is now terribly hurt and helpless for the product purchased at the rate of inr 1, 39, 990/- (One lakh thirty-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety only) and being in warranty.
                                      • please extend your help in replacing my samsung television or at the least the screen of my television which is under warranty.
                                      • i have no clue, how the hierarchy team has concluded the issue as broken when it is not, without even making a direct visit to the spot where the television is fixed.

                                        I purchased microwave oven on 31st may 2020 in samsung website in a summer fest offer through hdfc credit card offer.

                                        On 9th june samsung demo and installation engineer came and he found that glass in the door has broken. Raised a complaint.

                                        Till now, no response from samsung. Almost 3months completed. No response from india head, and ceo also.

                                        1. Reverse pickup is not yet done.
                                        2. No confirmation in replacement/refund.
                                        3. Till now i have paid 3 emis and 4th is coming in the next month. No confirmation on whether i should cancel or continue paying.
                                        4. On 24th august i got a call from abm corporation, they told me that they got to know about this issue on 24th of august only. That is after 3 months the complaint has raised.
                                        5. I need compensation for the loss.
