Samsung — White Screen for S20+

On 4th of August my galaxy s20 plus mobile phone suddenly has a bright white light on the screen. I have also attached picture of phone. The phone did not sustain any physical damage nor was impacted in any way that could cause such problems in the screen. Having checked online multiple users have raised the very same issue. As consumers after paying such a hefty price tag for a premium product it is disheartening to face such ordeal. Samsung India is yet to acknowledge the problem and the only solution cited by the Authorised Service Centres is a screen replacement which would cost around Rs.16000. I hope Samsung India redress my grievance.
