Samsung — Without any damage my phone motherboard failed

I purchased the M33 on October 22, 2022. I am a student and used my phone for study purposes. Suddenly, my phone switched off, and when I put it on charge, it didn’t charge either. I took it to the service center, where they told me that the motherboard had failed, even though there was no physical damage or any other issue. My phone stopped working without any reason. We are middle-class people who buy phones with great effort, and now they are asking for a repair cost of ₹9, 000. This is completely unfair.

Samsung is a trusted brand, but if they continue doing things like this, it won’t be long before people lose trust in them. I have raised a complaint—my complaint number is [protected]. I also spoke to other people about the M series, and they have faced the exact same issue. The company is cheating its consumers, which is really bad. Please help resolve this issue.
