Samsung — Worst customer service and irresponsible behaviour of service centre | |||
Respected sir Through this letter I want to drew your attention towards you that on 22nd april one of your engineer vist to my home and while repairing he broke one of the part of refrigerator.. But my refrigerator worked for some days and then it was not working.. so I had complaint so many times in service centre but every time they registed my complaint but engineer was not sent from your side.. And I also vist near samsung service center nearest of my house but they are talking so RUDELY and also not taking any action.. the service centre name is DAY TO DAY MOBILE OPPOSITE VIJAY CINEMA NAWADA-805110... And 2 months passed but there is no response from samsung... Therefore, I would be my yq. Ab if you take action as soon as possible..
