[Resolved] Samsung — WORST MOBILE S5 WONT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND | |||
Dear Sir/ Mam, I would like to inform you that i have made complaints three times to Samsung customer service centre regarding my mobile phone SAMSUNG S5 which was purchased on Dt. 28.07.2014 vide Invoice No.1338 of /b/14-15 Rs. 38000/- from M/S S.D ENTERPRISES but i am not satisfied with the solution provided in the Service Centre of Samsung because my phone continuing to have the same problem for which was given to service centre i.e, Heating & Battery dropping and i am not interested to keep this phone as it is having lot of defect as appear to me that it is not repairable. You are unnecessary making false promises just only to delay the problem. I request you that refund or replacement immediately. I will take suitable Legal Action with hon'ble under of Law.
