I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy M52 5G phone by the end of Feb this year. From the beginning of my purchase I have been facing mic, speaker and battery issues. Finally Samsung service center at Phoenix Market city, Chennai has accepted that this issue is related to product motherboard, speaker and battery. These need to be replaced.
They have committed 7 days for service. Today is 20th Day and the phone is not delivered yet. Raised complaint to Service head and CEO cell.
But finally i have come to conclusion that the escalation of Samsung is worst than the local service team. The escalation team is not bothering the emails. I have sent to Service Head, Customer service and CEO team. No one is replied. They are unable to solve the issue. Was this information helpful? |
