This is regarding a complaint and service request i raised on 5th april 2022(service number [protected])
I bought a premium tv(samsung frame tv)from samsung website with order ID:[protected] on 03/11/2021.
Towards march 2022 i started facing issue's with tv and on 5th april 2022 i raised a service request.after few days the technician visited home and he said the samsung one box needed to be replaced. But, afterwards there was no any action from their side for about one month.Towards the end of april service technician visited again with a spare part. He replaced the PCB of the samsung one box. But, even after replacing the PCB the issue was not resolved. The same thing i said to the technician, but, he Left. Afterwards i did contact the local service center and i raised the same complaint. But, there was no any action taken from their side. The technician who visited was completely unprofessional.during the repair he did many calls to perform his repair, and he didn't fix the box like its original condition.
Finally i raised a complaint with samsung on 2th may 2022(service number -[protected])
Then, i came to know that, they closed my previous service request without my consent.
its been more two months i am facing the same issue with my premium samsung Product. And as a customer i am really dissatisfied with their service.
With this kind of service Samsung is spoiling their name and reputation. With this kind of service, Samsung customer will never go behind Samsung products again.
Samsung customer service and service team is just kidding ang wasting my valuable time. Asking same questions again and again.they are not able to assigne an experienced technician.
Also, Please be noted that, the local service center ie (samsung, Vedimara, Mannam) behaved badly with us during a call with them.
Several times requested manager level call back. But, never happened.
Hence the resolution is not done from your end we are going ahead with further proceedings.
