I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FOLD 3, IN NOVEMBER 2021, I FACED SOME PROBLEM IN INTERNAL DISPLAY, HOW EVER MY SET WAS IN GOOD CONDITION AND IN UNDER WARRANTY, I GAVE THAT HANDSET TO SERVICE CENTRE THE ADDRESS OF THE SERVICE CENTRE IS: Qdigi Services Limited, 1st Floor, Shop No. 18, Community, Phase – 1, New Delhi – 110020.
6 months passed, I didn’t get my handset back, the Samsung executives are making a lot of excuses and are trying to convivence that the parts are going to come very soon, and the handset will hand over to you shortly.
Mr. Ritesh Sharma, the Manager of the SERVICE CENTRE Company (DELHI), took my handset in Samsung care.
Moreover Mr. Ritesh asked me to pay Rs 30, 000 Rupees on 26.11.2022, with new invoice generated in which my warranty expired and taking advantage, he sent me a new invoice copy on my WhatsApp.
I already paid 30, 000.00 as an advance with the mindset that I will receive my handset soon, but he is trying to play games & trying to cheat me with wasting my time. The other docket he issued, where he mentioned that my handset is out of warranty.
Now I need a new handset, I am not talking my old device, because I don’t know whether their executive had replaced the internal parts from the original set or not & my handset valuation goes down in last 6 months as I don't have my handset with me.
I have the original invoice copy when I purchased the handset, I have the 1st invoice copy when I submitted the handset, I have the second invoice copy which they issued to me without my confirmation, I have the receipt of Rs 30, 000 which I paid them in November, 2022.
