Dear Sir/Madam, I'm using Samsung LED TV. I find a issue to TV Switching on. I logged a complaint and service call on 01.11.14 - Service call No : [protected]. But till date (07.11.14) no response call from service team for fixing an appointment for solving the issue I really upset and feed with Samsung Call service and Technical service team. their no responds and keeping their own committement. I really having pain of having Samsung LED TV because of their service.
