Hi This chandrashekar Y kotekar from karnataka hubli on Dt.26th May 2014 at around 10.30 I got a call from Phone No.011-[protected] and very nicely explained a Promotion Offer for Sands Shopping. The One time membership fees that was Rs.6, 999/- was taken from me and debited from my HDFC Credit Card. It was offered that I am lucky customer among the selected few and getting 3 Assured Gifs; 1. Samsung Note 3 Mobile, 2. Sony Bravia 32" LED TV; 3.Samsung Grand 2. It was some ranking was explained that i have scored 97.8 and they offered that i will be eligible to get 65% discount on my every purchase. In addition to these, they have taken Rs.20, 998/- by saying that it is for credit verification purpose only and will be credited to my Credit Card just after four hours. Now, almost a 2, months period is over, the person who called me Mr. GulAab chand from promotion department has commited that above 3 Gifts will be delivered to my address with 3 - 4 days. But, now i am feeling that i am cheated. On making calls to the given customer call centre[protected], some Mr. saorabh has spoken to m e. But there is no Refund has been made or not even the products reached to me. Request for guidance.. The cheating to the customer is the biggest crime and have faith in Indian Consumer court that i will get the justice. Should i expect early responce on my phone or mail??? Please.
