[Resolved] Sangeetha Mobiles — Delay in Reliance Jio SIM activation | |||
I have purchased Samsung J7 2016 model from Sangeetha Outlet, KPHB Colony hyderabad in mid of August. They have provided Reliance Jio Sim card in the offer pacakage. Its been more than 15 days, sim is not yet activated. If we contacted Sangeeta mobiles showroom they are giving reckless answer. Its not the behavior we are expecting from the showroom. If Showroom unable to provide perfect services then its better to shut down showrooms. They are playing with consumers and we are loosing lot of production hours due to the time to contact them. Really one of the waste showroom i have seen and the worst service i have experienced. Was this information helpful? | |||
