Sansui India — 1.5 tonne ac not cooling | |||
I bought 1.5 tonne Sansui AC from Flipkart in April 2018 and it is just 1 year and there is lot of water leakage now. It has a warranty of 5 years on compressor. But now there is no customer care number available to contact Sansui. Also, I have tried to contact them in all the numbers available on internet and none of them are reachable. Could a complaint be raised against Sansui? How can they stop their services when I have a warranty on the product. Was this information helpful? | |||

My Sansui 43 inch UHD TV under warranty is not working, the image cracks and the image qualty of image is getting disturbed. A complaint has been launched but the tecchnician said the problem won't be solved easily as Sansui has ran into bankrupcy. My TV has Panel problem, it needs to be changed.
