Sansui India — 55" ultra 4k smart tv not working | |||
We have given complaint on 13/04/2018 for our sansui 55" ultra 4k smart tv which is not switching on. The tv is under warranty period. Service engineer visited as per complaint no. Ban[protected] and reported the power supply unit / mother board to be replaced. After that no one is turned or called or mailed regarding the replacement of defective spare part. We have tried to call many times in many ways but no one is properly not responding. Every time every one is telling spare part is not yet dispatched. Mr. Ramesh branch head for service in bangalore is not at all responding. Was this information helpful? | |||

Problems are:
1. SOUND SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING I.e. No sound is coming from the set.
2. There are black hazy spots inside the screen, which may be moisture spots..which also needs to be cleaned.
Please send technician urgently to redress the issues noted above.
